Refund policy

We take pride in our quality, but in case of genuine concerns, we offer support under the following conditions:

Acceptable Cases for Return/Exchange:

  • Quality Defects: Contact us within 7 days with images/video to support your claim.
  • Damaged/Wrong Product: Inform us within 24-48 hrs with an unboxing video and photos.
  • Return to Origin (RTO): For failed deliveries due to incorrect address/contact details. Reshipping charges will be applicable.

Not Acceptable for Return/Exchange:

  • Color variations due to screen/display settings.
  • Customized or altered products (e.g., fall and edging).
  • Fabrics and dress materials once cut.
  • Gift vouchers or promotional items.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • full unboxing video is mandatory to claim any exchange.
  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 24-48 hrs of receiving the product.
  • All returns will undergo a quality check before approval.
  • In case of exchange for a higher-value item, the difference in cost must be paid.
