Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

• We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Estimated delivery time:

Metro cities: 2-3 business days.
Other locations: 4-5 business days.
Remote areas: May take longer depending on service availability

3. Shipping Charges:

• Standard shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹2000. 
• For orders upto ₹2000 a flat shipping charge of ₹50 will be applicable. 
• COD (Cash on Delivery) service is available. Cash handeling charge of Rs.100 will be applicable.

4. Order Tracking:

• Once dispatched, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with your tracking number. 
• You can track your order through the courier’s tracking page.

5. Address Accuracy:

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly. 
• We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete information.
