SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver to all and any postal address around the world and our international shipping partners are DHL , FedEx and other global providers. However Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. Please note that all the products will be shipped from Kolkata, India.

Transit Time

We ship all orders within 10 working days . Once the shipment is despatched it usually reaches destination in 10 working days*

Once we hand over your parcel to postal/ courier agency we take no responsibility towards the same. We are confident that the reputed couriers whom we work with will surely be able to deliver your parcel safely and promptly. Utsav Collections will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

 

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 48 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

 

Address Change

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to info@utsav-collections.com and the needful will be done.

Incorrect & Incomplete Address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Utsav Collections .Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

 

Delay in Shipping

Time to ship mentioned on our website are indicative and approximate only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur as many of our products are handmade. We expect this understanding from our customers . However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  1. We are happy to exchange your purchase but please make sure that all exchanges happen within 10 days of purchase. Please bring your saree back with intact fold, price tag, cash memo/invoice and packaging and we will exchange it.
  2. There are no exchanges on discounted items. Discounts are special business promotions and it will not be viable for us to pass on the benefit of exchange on discounted items.

  3. We check each and every saree very carefully before shipping and we are very confident that we wouldn't ship a defective saree. However if you feel there is a defect we need you to take a picture or a video at the time of opening of your packaging and show us the evidence before proceeding with any returns.

  4. If you wish to exchange an online purchase, please first email us at info@utsavcollections.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8240349330, explaining why you wish to do so, which saree(s) would you like to buy instead, If we find your reason satisfactory and your requested products are available we will confirm the exchange details, following which you will need to ship us back your saree. The return shipping cost will have to be borne by you. Do note, your request to exchange must be within 24 hrs of receiving the saree.

  5. We will process any refund or exchange only after we are satisfied that the returned product is in intact condition and only product price will be considered. Shipping/courier charge is a 3rd party payment and therefore is non refundable.

  6. After you have made the payment we will try to send the product/s to you as soon as possible. So, if you want to cancel your order then email us at info@utsav-collections.com or you can call us +91 8240349330 as soon as possible. If the product had been tailored/altered or dispatched by then we won’t be able to cancel your order. If your Order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, you will receive the total amount paid by you less cancellation charges of 5%. The balance amount shall be refunded to your bank account the details of which you will provide us at the time of cancellation. The refund shall take 7 to 10 working days to process.

  7. Customers are responsible for any VAT/ customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

  8. Colour and description disclaimer: We do our best to present the products on our website as they appear in original. While great effort has been put to accurately reproduce products in their original style and texture, there may be minor variations from the actual product due to light,etc. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on a product as seen on the website or your computer screen. We request you to place an order keeping in mind these minor variations in the product as seen on a computer screen against the product received.
